Rents Continue to Rise in All Regions of Tasmania

Rents continued to rise in all regions of Tasmania, according to the December edition of Tasmanian Rents.  Rents in the North (comprising of Launceston and the North East) rose by 4.5%, while rents in the North West increased by 2.8% and rents in the South climbed by 3.5% during the December Quarter.  For detailed statistics, including our calendar year summary of 2018, view the latest Tasmanian Rents here.
