We provide telephone advice services to residential tenants statewide, please call 1300 652 641 or 6223 2641

Our services will usually be picked up by an answering machine, as we do our best to respond to calls in the order they are received. Please leave your name and phone number and we will get back to you within one business day, calls are returned Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4pm.

Please don’t try to give the details of your issue on the answering machine, it’s best for us to discuss these with you when we return your call.

Residential tenants can get face-to-face advice in the locations below:

Hobart, 166 Macquarie St, Tuesday to Thursday, 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Legal Representation

Our solicitors and tenancy workers can advise you on how to present your case if you need to go to Court, and in certain circumstances can represent you in Court with your tenancy matter.

Tenancy Education & Training

We provide training on residential tenancy in Tasmania for any interested group. Introductory to Advanced levels. Face-to-face and online.

Purchasing Leases

We produce leases and condition reports that comply with Tasmanian residential tenancy law. They can be purchased through the Hobart CLS, Launceston CLC and North West CLC.
