Housing: The ongoing case for a Charter of Human Rights

More than a decade ago, the Law Reform Institute recommended a Human Rights Act be enacted in Tasmania that included the right to adequate housing. A Re-Examination of the Case for a Human Rights Act in Tasmania is currently being undertaken and attached is our response.
