Rents Still Rising in the South and Catching on in Inner Launceston

AMENDED

The latest (amended) issue of Tasmanian Rents is out now and shows continued rent increases across much of Southern Tasmania.  Inner Launceston rents have started rising in this quarter but could be an temporary aberration.  For this and more comprehensive data view the December 2017 Tasmanian Rents now.
