We provided a submission to the Inquiry into Homes Tasmania in which we noted that the median renter in Tasmania is paying around $120 per week or more than $6200pa to keep a roof over their head than just 5 years ago! We also highlighted the growing number of homeless particularly amongst younger and older persons and the slow growth in new social housing.
