We have responded to the Senate Inquiry into the ‘Worsening rental crisis in Australia’. Our submission calls for significant investment in social housing, increased income support, a review of Commonwealth Rent Assistance, better protections for renters in the Residential Tenancy Act and a review of property tax concessions.
