We have written to all members of the House of Assembly calling for an immediate moratorium on the short-term accommodation industry. We strongly believe that the Government now has more than enough evidence to warrant regulation. Find a copy of the letter here.  

The March quarter edition of Tasmanian Rents shows that rents in Southern Tasmania rose by 5% in the last quarter, while Northern Tasmania rents fell by 0.1% and North West rents increased by 2.3%.  We have also introduced new statistics that for Greater Hobart, Greater Launceston and the North West Coast which show similar trends.
