Tasmanian rents rise in September quarter, with North West hardest hit.

Median rents for Tasmania rose by 1.8% for the latest quarter and 9% for the least 12 months. The largest rises for the quarter were seen in the North West region, while the largest annual rises were seen in the Southern region.
